Returns, Refunds, and Order Support

Overview

GrifGlo is a curated product discovery and recommendations platform that connects consumers with trusted brands and retailers.

Products featured on the Site may be available through:

  • third-party retailers or marketplaces via affiliate links; or
  • direct purchase from GrifGlo through our platform.

Depending on where your purchase was completed, different return, refund, exchange, cancellation, warranty, shipping, and support policies may apply.

Standard return terms for direct GrifGlo orders

For products sold directly by GrifGlo (not through a third‑party retailer), the following standard terms apply to eligible returns, except where a product page, checkout, or applicable law states otherwise:

  • Return requests must be submitted to info@grifglo.com before any item is shipped back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
  • For approved non‑defective (change‑of‑mind) returns, requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery, and approved items must be shipped back within 7 calendar days of approval.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is approved because GrifGlo shipped the wrong item or applicable law requires otherwise.
  • A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to approved non‑defective returns and certain other approved returns, as described below.
  • GrifGlo is not obligated to accept change‑of‑mind returns; approval is at GrifGlo’s discretion, subject to applicable law.

These terms supplement, and do not replace, the detailed requirements in the sections below.

Purchases Made Through Third-Party Retailers

When you click a product link on our website and complete a purchase on a third-party retailer's website, the transaction is completed directly between you and that retailer. In those cases, GrifGlo is not the seller of record, does not process payment, does not fulfill the order, does not administer warranties, and does not accept or process returns, refunds, exchanges, chargebacks, or delivery claims relating to that purchase.

All return, refund, exchange, replacement, repair, cancellation, warranty, delivery, and customer service matters for purchases completed on a third-party retailer's website must be handled directly through that retailer or the applicable brand, according to that retailer's or brand's own policies and procedures.

Third-party retailers and brands independently determine their own policies regarding, without limitation:

  • return eligibility;
  • return windows;
  • refund timing;
  • refund method;
  • exchange and replacement availability;
  • restocking fees;
  • warranty coverage;
  • shipping charges;
  • delivery timeframes; and
  • customs, duties, and brokerage fees.

GrifGlo does not control and is not responsible for any third-party retailer's or brand's pricing, promotions, taxes, fees, inventory, availability, order processing, shipping, delivery, return decisions, warranty handling, or customer support. Product availability, prices, promotions, and retailer policies may change without notice on third-party websites.

If an item purchased from a third-party retailer arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, delayed, or different from what was ordered, you must contact that retailer or brand directly using the support information included in your order confirmation or available on the retailer's website. GrifGlo cannot access third-party retailer order systems, customer accounts, payment records, shipping records, or return portals and cannot process refunds or returns for purchases completed on third-party websites.

Any assistance provided by GrifGlo in locating a retailer, brand, or support page is provided as a courtesy only and does not make GrifGlo responsible for the transaction or the outcome of any claim.

Purchases Made Directly from GrifGlo

In certain cases, products may be sold directly by GrifGlo. When GrifGlo is the seller of record, the following policy applies, except where a different policy is expressly stated on the applicable product page or at checkout, or where applicable law requires otherwise.

Products sold directly by GrifGlo may include, without limitation:

  • products sourced from authorized distributors;
  • private label products; and
  • products fulfilled by logistics, warehouse, or dropshipping partners.

Return Authorization Required

All return, refund, exchange, replacement, and cancellation requests for orders placed directly with GrifGlo must first be submitted to info@grifglo.com. No return may be sent without prior written authorization from GrifGlo.

Unauthorized returns may be refused, returned to sender at the sender's expense, or left unprocessed until proper authorization has been obtained. The authorized return address, if any, will be provided only after a return request has been reviewed and approved by GrifGlo. Do not send returns to any mailing, office, or contact address unless GrifGlo expressly instructs you to do so.

To request a return or order review, you must provide, at minimum:

  • your order number;
  • the name of the product;
  • the email address used to place the order;
  • the reason for the request; and
  • where applicable, clear photos or video showing the issue.

Change-of-Mind Returns

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated otherwise by GrifGlo, GrifGlo is not obligated to accept returns or issue refunds for change-of-mind purchases, ordering errors made by the customer, preference-based dissatisfaction, or purchases that are no longer wanted.

If GrifGlo chooses, in its sole review process and to the extent permitted by law, to approve a non-defective return, the request must be submitted within 14 calendar days after the delivery date shown by the applicable carrier, and the item must be shipped back within 7 calendar days after return approval is issued.

Approved non-defective returns are eligible only if the item is received by GrifGlo or its designated return location:

  • unused;
  • unopened, where applicable;
  • unassembled and uninstalled, where applicable;
  • undamaged;
  • in resalable condition;
  • with all original packaging, inserts, manuals, accessories, tags, labels, protective films, and components; and
  • with any serial numbers, UPC labels, tamper seals, or authentication markings intact and matching the original order.

Non-Returnable and Final Sale Items

Unless required by law or expressly approved by GrifGlo in writing, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • items marked final sale, clearance, closeout, non-returnable, or similar language;
  • opened, used, washed, assembled, installed, configured, activated, paired, or altered items;
  • items not in original condition;
  • items with missing packaging, manuals, inserts, labels, accessories, or parts;
  • items with broken seals, removed protective films, or missing serial numbers;
  • custom, personalized, made-to-order, or special-order items;
  • gift cards, store credit, promotional credits, or similar non-cash-value instruments;
  • digital products, downloadable content, software codes, licenses, or services once delivered or accessed;
  • consumable, hygienic, personal-use, or perishable items, where applicable; and
  • products damaged by misuse, neglect, improper installation, improper storage, unauthorized repair, accidents, abnormal use, or external causes after delivery.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Incomplete Items

If a product sold directly by GrifGlo arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or materially different from what was ordered, you must notify GrifGlo in writing within 5 calendar days after delivery. Your notice must include the order number, a description of the issue, and clear supporting photos or video.

Failure to report shipping damage, missing parts, or obvious delivery issues within that period may result in denial of the claim to the extent permitted by law and subject to carrier, insurer, warehouse, or supplier claim deadlines.

If GrifGlo determines that a product sold directly by GrifGlo qualifies for a remedy, GrifGlo may, to the extent permitted by law and at its option, provide one or more of the following:

  • replacement parts;
  • repair;
  • replacement product;
  • store credit;
  • partial refund; or
  • full refund.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.

Manufacturer Warranties

Where a manufacturer's warranty applies, GrifGlo may direct you to the manufacturer or distributor for warranty administration, troubleshooting, repair, or replacement. GrifGlo may also, but is not obligated to, assist in facilitating communication with the manufacturer, distributor, or supplier. Manufacturer warranty terms, coverage, exclusions, and procedures are determined by the manufacturer and are not controlled by GrifGlo.

Return Shipping, Fees, and Deductions

Unless the return is approved because GrifGlo shipped the wrong item or because applicable law requires otherwise, the customer is responsible for all return shipping, insurance, and handling costs. Return shipments remain at the customer's risk until received and accepted by GrifGlo or its designated return location.

Original outbound shipping charges, rush processing charges, customs duties, brokerage fees, import taxes, route protection fees, package protection fees, and other non-recoverable third-party charges are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due solely to GrifGlo's error.

GrifGlo may apply a restocking fee of up to 20% of the item price for approved non-defective returns, refused deliveries, incomplete returns, returns missing original packaging or accessories, or returns requiring additional inspection, repackaging, testing, or handling.

Partial refunds may be issued, or returns may be denied, if returned items show signs of use, handling, wear, damage, missing components, damaged packaging, missing documentation, or any reduction in resale value.

Refund Method and Timing

If GrifGlo approves a refund for an order placed directly with GrifGlo, the refund may be issued to the original payment method, as store credit, or in another form determined by GrifGlo, to the extent permitted by law and unless otherwise required by law.

Refunds, if approved, are processed only after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved by GrifGlo or its designated return location. Once approved, refund processing by GrifGlo may take up to 10 business days. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

If a return is approved for store credit, that store credit is subject to the terms communicated at the time of issuance.

Promotions, Discounts, Bundles, and Free Shipping Thresholds

If an order included a discount, bundle pricing, coupon, free item, or free-shipping threshold, and part of the order is returned, GrifGlo may recalculate the order and deduct the value of the lost promotion, discount, bundle benefit, or shipping benefit from any refund or credit, to the extent permitted by law.

Order Cancellations and Changes

Orders placed directly with GrifGlo cannot be changed, cancelled, or combined after submission except at GrifGlo's discretion and only if processing, allocation, packing, fraud review, and fulfillment have not yet begun.

Once an order has been transmitted to a warehouse, distributor, supplier, dropshipping partner, or carrier, it may no longer be cancellable. If a cancellation request is denied after fulfillment processing has started, the order will remain subject to this Refund Policy.

Refused, Undeliverable, or Unclaimed Shipments

If a customer refuses delivery, fails to accept delivery, fails to provide accurate delivery information, fails to clear customs where applicable, or fails to collect a package made available for pickup, GrifGlo may treat the order as a non-defective return if the shipment is returned to GrifGlo or its fulfillment partner.

In those circumstances, GrifGlo may deduct original shipping charges, return-to-sender fees, carrier surcharges, customs charges, handling fees, and applicable restocking fees from any refund or credit, to the extent permitted by law.

Delivery Estimates

Any shipping or delivery times shown on the Site, in checkout, or in communications are estimates only unless expressly stated otherwise. Carrier delays, customs delays, weather events, supply disruptions, labor interruptions, or other events outside GrifGlo's reasonable control do not, by themselves, create a right to cancel or refund, except where required by applicable law.

Abuse Prevention and Return Restrictions

GrifGlo reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law, to deny return requests, limit return privileges, refuse service, cancel orders, or take other appropriate action where GrifGlo reasonably determines that a customer has engaged in return abuse, policy abuse, excessive returns, suspected fraud, chargeback abuse, reselling activity, serial-number mismatches, false claims, or other conduct inconsistent with the fair use of this policy.

Shipping and Delivery Issues

Shipping and delivery support depends on who the seller of record is.

If the order was placed with a third-party retailer or marketplace, the customer must contact the retailer or shipping carrier listed in the retailer's order confirmation.

If the order was placed directly with GrifGlo, the customer must contact GrifGlo at info@grifglo.com and include the order number, product name, and a detailed description of the issue.

Need Help Identifying the Correct Retailer?

If you are unsure where your purchase was completed, you can usually identify the seller from your order confirmation email, payment descriptor, or retailer receipt.

If you still need help, GrifGlo may, as a courtesy only, attempt to direct you to the appropriate retailer support page. For this courtesy assistance, please provide:

  • the product page link from GrifGlo;
  • the product name; and
  • the approximate purchase date.

GrifGlo cannot access customer accounts, payment records, order histories, or return portals for third-party retailers.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, waive, or override any rights that cannot be excluded, restricted, or waived under applicable law. Where applicable law grants a consumer cancellation, refund, repair, replacement, rejection, or other mandatory rights, those rights will apply to the extent required by law.
