Overview

GrifGlo is a curated product discovery and recommendations platform featuring product guides, comparisons, curated recommendations, and links to retailers and brands.

Many products featured on the Site are purchased through third-party retailers, marketplaces, or brand websites. In those cases, GrifGlo is not the seller of record, does not process payment, does not fulfill the order, and does not ship the product directly.

If you complete a purchase on a third-party retailer's or brand's website after clicking a link from GrifGlo, that order is fulfilled entirely by the applicable third party and is governed by that third party's shipping, delivery, tracking, customer service, and related policies.

Orders Shipped by Third-Party Retailers or Brands

For purchases completed on third-party websites, shipping costs, delivery estimates, carrier selection, shipping methods, customs handling, and tracking availability are determined solely by the third-party retailer, marketplace, or brand where the purchase is completed.

These details may vary depending on factors such as:

  • the retailer's or brand's shipping policies;
  • product availability;
  • warehouse or fulfillment location;
  • shipping destination;
  • selected delivery method;
  • carrier capacity;
  • customs processing; and
  • regional service limitations.

You will typically see shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery windows during checkout on the third-party website.

GrifGlo does not control and is not responsible for any third-party retailer's or brand's:

  • shipping charges;
  • delivery estimates;
  • carrier selection;
  • tracking updates;
  • delays;
  • split shipments;
  • customs processing;
  • address restrictions;
  • failed deliveries;
  • lost package investigations; or
  • shipping-related customer service.

If your purchase was completed on a third-party website, you should review that retailer's or brand's shipping policy before placing your order.

Direct Orders Sold by GrifGlo

In some cases, products may be sold directly by GrifGlo. When GrifGlo is the seller of record, shipping details will be provided during checkout, on the applicable product page, or in your order confirmation.

Orders sold directly by GrifGlo may be fulfilled by:

  • GrifGlo;
  • authorized distributors;
  • warehouse providers;
  • logistics partners;
  • dropshipping partners; and
  • third-party fulfillment providers.

For products sold directly by GrifGlo, any shipping, dispatch, processing, or delivery timeframe displayed on the Site, at checkout, or in post-purchase communications is an estimate only unless expressly stated otherwise by GrifGlo in writing.

Order Processing

For orders sold directly by GrifGlo, processing times may vary depending on inventory location, payment verification, fraud screening, order volume, product type, fulfillment partner requirements, holidays, and carrier availability.

Orders are not guaranteed to ship on the same day they are placed. GrifGlo reserves the right to delay shipment, split shipment, hold shipment, or cancel an order, to the extent permitted by law, for reasons including:

  • payment authorization or verification issues;
  • suspected fraud or abuse;
  • inventory discrepancies;
  • pricing or listing errors;
  • address verification issues;
  • legal, sanctions, export, or compliance concerns; and
  • product availability or fulfillment limitations.

Shipping Methods and Carrier Selection

For direct orders, GrifGlo may use the shipping carrier, shipping service level, fulfillment route, packaging method, and shipping origin that it determines is appropriate in the circumstances, unless a specific shipping method is expressly offered and selected at checkout.

GrifGlo may fulfill different items in the same order separately. Split shipments do not entitle the customer to additional refunds, credits, or cancellations, except where required by law.

Shipping Charges

For products sold directly by GrifGlo, shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout or otherwise disclosed before your order is submitted.

Any free shipping offer, flat-rate shipping offer, or shipping promotion may be limited by product type, order value, destination, fulfillment source, package size, weight, carrier restrictions, or promotional conditions, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time before order acceptance.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, shipping charges apply only to the initial shipment and do not include return shipping, redelivery charges, address correction fees, customs duties, brokerage fees, import taxes, storage fees, or carrier surcharges.

Shipping Restrictions

GrifGlo may limit or decline shipment to certain addresses, destinations, regions, carriers, freight forwarders, pickup points, or jurisdictions at its discretion and to the extent permitted by law.

Some items may not be eligible for shipment to remote locations, apartments without secure access, commercial forwarding addresses, P.O. boxes, military addresses, or international destinations.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping information.

If a customer provides an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable address, GrifGlo may, at its discretion:

  • contact the customer for clarification;
  • delay shipment;
  • cancel the order;
  • charge additional handling or redelivery costs; or
  • treat the shipment as undeliverable or refused if returned by the carrier.

GrifGlo is not responsible for delays, losses, failed deliveries, or extra costs caused by inaccurate or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Delivery Estimates and Delays

Shipping and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by GrifGlo.

Delays may occur due to factors outside GrifGlo's reasonable control, including:

  • carrier disruptions;
  • weather conditions;
  • labor disruptions;
  • customs processing;
  • border delays;
  • supply chain interruptions;
  • regional delivery limitations;
  • peak season volume;
  • address verification issues;
  • government actions; and
  • technical outages affecting carriers or fulfillment partners.

A delivery delay, by itself, does not create a right to cancel, reject, or obtain compensation, except where required by applicable law.

Tracking Information

For direct orders, tracking information is typically provided after shipment by email or through another method selected by GrifGlo or the applicable carrier.

Tracking updates are generated by carriers or third-party logistics providers. GrifGlo is not responsible for delays, gaps, inaccuracies, or scan failures in carrier tracking systems.

If tracking information is not yet available, this may mean that the order has not shipped, has not yet been scanned by the carrier, or is being processed by the fulfillment provider.

Orders Purchased Through Third Parties

If your purchase was completed on a third-party website, tracking information is typically provided by that retailer, marketplace, or brand.

You can usually find tracking details in:

  • your order confirmation email;
  • a shipment notification email;
  • the retailer's or brand's order tracking page; or
  • your retailer or marketplace customer account, if applicable.

If tracking information for a third-party order is unavailable, delayed, or unclear, you must contact the third-party retailer or brand directly.

Marked as Delivered / Missing Package Claims

If a direct order sold by GrifGlo is marked as delivered but you believe it has not been received, you must contact GrifGlo promptly and no later than 5 calendar days after the delivery status first shows as delivered.

For such claims, GrifGlo may request information reasonably necessary to review the matter, including:

  • your order number;
  • delivery address;
  • proof of identity or address;
  • details of the issue; and
  • confirmation that you have checked the surrounding area, building reception, concierge, parcel lockers, household members, or neighbors.

GrifGlo may, but is not obligated to, assist with a carrier inquiry, delivery trace, or claim process. Carrier scan data, delivery confirmation, photo confirmation, GPS confirmation, or similar proof may be relied upon by GrifGlo and the carrier in evaluating the claim, subject to applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrifGlo is not responsible for theft, loss, or misdelivery occurring after a package has been delivered to the address, pickup point, parcel locker, concierge, mailroom, or receiving party associated with the order, unless required otherwise by applicable law.

Customs, Duties, Taxes, and Cross-Border Shipments

For international or cross-border shipments, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, clearance fees, storage fees, and similar charges may apply.

Unless expressly stated otherwise by GrifGlo, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product prices, shipping charges, or promotional shipping offers.

Customs inspections, border reviews, and import restrictions may delay delivery. GrifGlo is not responsible for delays, seizure, non-clearance, additional charges, or non-delivery resulting from customs processes, local import requirements, or the customer's failure to comply with destination-country rules.

Refused, Returned, or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is refused, abandoned, unclaimed, returned to sender, or deemed undeliverable due to customer action or inaction, including failure to provide accurate address information or failure to clear customs where applicable, GrifGlo may treat the shipment as an undeliverable or non-defective return.

In such cases, to the extent permitted by law, GrifGlo may deduct from any refund or credit:

  • original shipping charges;
  • return-to-sender fees;
  • carrier surcharges;
  • customs charges;
  • brokerage fees;
  • handling fees;
  • storage fees; and
  • applicable restocking fees under the Return Policy.

Risk of Loss and Title

For products sold directly by GrifGlo, title passes only after full payment has been successfully received and the goods are tendered for delivery, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, risk of loss or damage passes upon delivery to the applicable carrier, delivery service, pickup point, parcel locker, concierge, or other delivery agent designated for the order.

If you are unsure where your purchase was completed, you can usually identify the seller from your order confirmation email, payment descriptor, receipt, or shipment notification.

If you still need help identifying the correct retailer support page, GrifGlo may, as a courtesy only, try to direct you to the appropriate retailer or support page. For that courtesy assistance, please include:

  • the GrifGlo product page link you used;
  • the product name; and
  • the approximate purchase date.

Any such assistance is provided as a courtesy only. GrifGlo cannot access customer accounts, payment records, shipping records, or order management systems for third-party retailers.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Shipping Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, waive, or override any rights, remedies, guarantees, warranties, or obligations that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, waived, or modified under applicable law.

Where applicable law grants a consumer mandatory cancellation, refund, delivery, return, repair, replacement, or other rights, those rights will apply to the extent required by law.
